There were several issues encountered when working on our deck due the age of our cottage and Charlie was able to provide options as to how we should deal with them, and what he could do to overcome. New Front Porch and Gazebo Rebuild
On schedule and on budget! Both projects required creative solutions. The front porch was on a 180-year-old stone house, so aestehtics and working against the undulating surface of the stone were very important. The gazebo involved incorporating existing screen walls and sliding doors from a snow-damaged former gazebo into a new timber structure and steel roof.
Charlie consulted with us and came up with creative ideas that addressed all of the issues and concerns. And both of these projects will outlive us. Built to last!

Construction of Exterior Stairs
Charlie and his team did great work constructing new custom stairs to enable my elderly parents to access their cottage from the parking area. The stair design was perfect for seniors, with low risers, a long step, and a strong railing. Charlie removed all of the waste materials, cleaned the work area, and finished the project on time and within the quoted cost.
